Album by Citizens Arrest
This is a quick, six-song EP of classic New York Hard Core that hits with a heavy punch and doesn’t really let up.
It’s fast, loud, and intense — basically a straight burst of energy from start to finish. Everything feels like it’s pushing forward at full speed, with very little space to breathe.
There’s a sense of purpose underneath it, though. A lot of it is anti-authoritarian, with themes of alienation and frustration running through the songs.
Most of it moves in that same relentless lane, but “Without Peace” stood out a bit more to me. It feels slightly more structured, with some shifts that give it a little extra dimension compared to the rest.
This isn’t really my thing, but I can appreciate the energy and intent behind it.
